We invite you to attend the WRSSC Annual General Meeting on Monday, 14th April 2025, at 6:30PM, which will be held in the Main Hall at WRSSC.

The agenda for the meeting includes:

Remembrance of members and friends who have passed away

Reports from the Chairman, Honorary Secretary, and Honorary Treasurer

Approval of the Annual Accounts

Election of the Executive Committee

Review of the Constitution and bye-laws

Fixing the subscription for the upcoming year

Any other relevant business
